Anti-dumping duty continuation upheld to extend protection against dumped Nonyl Phenol imports and maintain trade remedy coverage. Amendment extends the existing anti-dumping duty on imports of Nonyl Phenol from Chinese Taipei by adding a provision that the principal notification shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 21st August, 2013, unless revoked earlier; the extension follows a continuation review conducted under the Customs Tariff Act and rule 23.
