Amendment inserts item (xv) in the Table against serial number 9 for Maharashtra in Notification No. 12/97 Customs (N.T.), designating Wardha as an Inland Container Depot authorised for the unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods under the Customs regulatory framework enacted via section 7(1)(aa) of the Customs Act, 1962.
