of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duties on Peroxosulphates from China and Japan Until March 18, 2013, via Notification No. 20/2012-Customs.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 20/2012-Customs (ADD) to extend the validity of Notification No. 96/2007-Customs, dated 29th August 2007. This extension concerns the continuation of anti-dumping duties on imports of 'Peroxosulphates' or 'Persulphates' from China and Japan. The validity is extended up to and inclusive of 18th March 2013, unless revoked earlier. This action follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules for assessing and collecting anti-dumping duties.
