of <h1>India Amends Customs Notification for India-Thailand Free Trade Agreement; Changes Effective January 1, 2012.</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 115/2011-Customs, amending Notification No. 85/2004-Customs concerning exemptions under the India-Thailand Free Trade Agreement. Effective January 1, 2012, the amendments modify entries in the notification's table. Changes include substituting entries for S.No. 6, 7, and 73, introducing a new entry for S.No. 73A regarding unrecorded compact discs, and omitting S.No. 73B. These adjustments are made under the Customs Act, 1962, to serve the public interest.
