of <h1>Central Government Rescinds 1999 Customs Notification Under Section 9A of Customs Tariff Act, 1975</h1> Notification No. 115/2004, dated December 21, 2004, issued by the Central Government, rescinds the Customs Notification No. 08/1999 dated January 22, 1999. This action is taken under the authority of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, in conjunction with the relevant rules concerning anti-dumping duties. The rescission applies to the previously issued notification except for actions completed or omitted before this rescission. The notification is issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, and is documented under file number 354/133/98-TRU.
