This notification, numbered 18/2011 - Central Excise (N.T), was issued by the Government of India's Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, on July 28, 2011. The notification, identified as G.S.R. 580(E), formalizes the commencement date for the amended provisions under the authority granted by the Finance Act.
