The modification involves inserting a proviso stating that any charge created before and unsatisfied at the incorporation of a 'Sociedade por quotas responsibilidade limitada' as a company will be void against the liquidator and creditors unless registered with the Registrar within thirty days of this notification's publication. This applies to charges specified in section 125(4)(a)-(i) of the Act.
