of <h1>Assistant Registrar Named Central Public Information Officer for LLPs under Section 5(1) of RTI Act 2005</h1> In accordance with Section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, an Assistant Registrar has been appointed as the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) for matters related to Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) within the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. This designation is effective immediately and will remain in effect until further notice. The office order was issued by the Under Secretary to the Government of India on June 9, 2010.
