Samarathben Chunilal and Madhavji Sarvajanik Trust as an eligible charitable project for tax purposes and extends its eligibility for a further three financial years beginning 2011-12, retaining the previously enhanced approved project cost unchanged, following the National Committee's recommendation that the project is being executed properly under the Income-tax Rules.
