of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese PTFE Imports Until July 25, 2011, Following Review Under Customs Tariff Act.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has amended Notification No. 42/2010-Customs to extend the anti-dumping duty on imports of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) from the People's Republic of China. Initially set to expire on October 16, 2010, the duty will now continue until July 25, 2011. This amendment follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and in accordance with the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995, to address continued dumping and injury concerns.
