Tariff exemption rate reduced for crude petroleum imports from Brunei, lowering ad valorem duty and effective from January start. Amends the customs exemption for crude petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals imported from Brunei Darussalam by substituting the preamble figure, signs and words '3% ad valorem' with '2% ad valorem'; made under section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962 and effective from 1 January 2011.
