of <h1>Madurai Added to Customs Airports in Tamil Nadu for Baggage Unloading and Loading Effective January 1, 2011</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 104/2010-Customs (N.T.) on December 31, 2010. This notification amends the earlier Notification No. 61/1994-Customs (N.T.) by adding Madurai to the list of customs airports in Tamil Nadu. The amendment specifies that Madurai is designated for the unloading and loading of baggage. This change is effective from January 1, 2011.
