of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Rubber Chemicals from China, Taipei, USA Until May 11, 2011 Under Notification 94/2005-Customs.</h1> The Government of India has amended Notification No. 94/2005-Customs to extend the anti-dumping duty on imports of certain rubber chemicals from China, Chinese Taipei, and the United States. This amendment, effective from December 28, 2010, is based on a review initiated by the designated authority and aims to continue the duty on chemicals MOR, PX13, and TDQ, as per the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. The notification will remain in force until May 11, 2011, unless revoked earlier.
