of <h1>Anti-Dumping Duty on Nylon Filament Yarn Imports Extended Until August 26, 2011, Targeting Six Countries.</h1> The notification amends the previous Notification No. 85/2006 regarding the imposition of anti-dumping duties on imports of nylon filament yarn from specified countries. The designated authority had initiated a review and recommended extending the anti-dumping duty. Consequently, the Central Government, exercising its powers under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, has amended the notification to extend the duty's validity until August 26, 2011, unless revoked earlier. This measure targets imports from China, Chinese Taipei, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and South Korea, excluding high tenacity yarn, including fishnet yarn of nylon.
