of <h1>Anti-Dumping Duty on Sodium Formaldehyde Sulphoxylate from China Extended to June 21, 2011, per Notification No. 114/2010-Customs.</h1> Notification No. 114/2010-Customs, dated November 1, 2010, amends the previous Notification No. 23/2006-Customs regarding anti-dumping duties on Sodium Formaldehyde Sulphoxylate from China. Following a review initiated by the designated authority, the anti-dumping duty imposed under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, is extended. The amendment changes the expiration date in the original notification from November 10, 2010, to June 21, 2011. This extension is in accordance with the rules governing the assessment and collection of anti-dumping duties on imported goods.
