of <h1>India Updates Customs Tariff Rules: Brunei Added to ASEAN Preferential Trade Agreement, Effective November 3, 2010</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 94/2010 amending the Customs Tariff rules concerning the determination of the origin of goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between ASEAN member states and India. This amendment, effective from November 3, 2010, adds Brunei Darussalam to the list of countries in Annexure IV of the 2009 rules. The original rules were published in December 2009 and have been amended several times in 2010. This update is part of ongoing efforts to refine the trade agreement's implementation.
