of <h1>India Amends Customs Tariff Rules to Include Indonesia in ASEAN Trade Agreement, Effective October 1, 2010.</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 87/2010, amending the Customs Tariff Rules concerning the determination of the origin of goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between ASEAN member states and India. Effective October 1, 2010, this amendment adds the Republic of Indonesia to the list of countries in Annexure IV of the 2009 rules. This modification is part of ongoing adjustments to the original rules published on December 31, 2009, and follows previous amendments made in January and May 2010.
