of <h1>India Customs Update: Brunei Darussalam Added to Duty Exemption List per Notification No. 115/2010-Customs</h1> Notification No. 115/2010-Customs, issued by the Ministry of Finance, amends Notification No. 153/2009-Customs to exempt goods imported into India from specified countries from customs duty exceeding a prescribed rate. The amendment adds Brunei Darussalam to the list of countries in Appendix I eligible for this exemption.
