of <h1>India Updates Anti-Dumping Duties on Polyester Yarns; New Entries for Woongjin Chemical & Recron Malaysia Effective October 2010.</h1> The Government of India has amended Notification No. 15/2007-Customs, dated February 20, 2007, concerning anti-dumping duties on specific polyester yarns. The amendment, effective from October 19, 2010, modifies entries in Table I of the original notification. Specifically, the entries for certain serial numbers now list 'M/s Woongjin Chemical Co Ltd.' and 'M/s Recron (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd' in place of previous entries. This change follows the findings of the designated authority as per notification No. 14/03/2005-DGAD, dated August 20, 2010. The notification aims to address anti-dumping measures under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.
