of <h1>India Approves New Sector-Specific SEZ for Free Trade and Warehousing in Nagpur, Maharashtra, Covering 43.258 Hectares.</h1> The Central Government of India has approved the establishment of a sector-specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for Free Trade and Warehousing at Village Bori, Taluka Nagpur, District Nagpur, Maharashtra, proposed by a private organization. The approval was granted under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, with the area covering 43.258 hectares. An Approval Committee, comprising government officials and representatives from the developer, has been constituted to oversee the SEZ's operations. The SEZ is designated as an Inland Container Depot as of September 30, 2010, under the Customs Act, 1962.
