of <h1>Delhi and Mumbai Airports Designated as Customs Airports for Courier Imports/Exports u/s 157 of Customs Act 1962.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, issued Notification No. 80/2010-Customs (N.T.) on September 9, 2010. This notification designates the airports in Delhi and Sahar, Mumbai as 'customs airports' under the Courier Imports and Exports (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations, 2010. This declaration is made under the authority granted by section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962, and is intended to facilitate electronic declaration and processing of courier imports and exports. This notification was later superseded by Notification No. 27/2018-Customs (N.T.) dated March 28, 2018.
