The amendment includes additional items such as aerostats, stage lighting, communication systems, and other equipment. It also extends the exemption to suppliers, contractors, vendors, and sub-vendors of the Organising Committee. Conditions require that goods be consumed, re-exported, or handed over to designated authorities within three months post-Games, with duties payable if these conditions are not met.
