Sundew Properties Private Limited to denotify 1.82 hectares from a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) designated for information technology and IT-enabled services at Hi-tech City, Madhapur, Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh. Initially notified under Notification No. S.O. 1770(E) on October 16, 2006, the SEZ originally covered 16.29 hectares. Following the denotification, the SEZ now encompasses 14.47 hectares. The decision complies with the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and the related rules, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
