of <h1>Central Government De-notifies Part of Chemical SEZ in Bharuch, Gujarat; Originally Notified in 2008</h1> The Central Government has de-notified a specific area within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for chemicals located in Village Vilayat and Vorasamni, Taluka Vagra, District Bharuch, Gujarat. Originally notified in 2008, the SEZ was proposed by a private organization under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. An Approval Committee has been constituted, comprising various government officials and representatives, to oversee the SEZ's operations. Additionally, the SEZ is designated as an Inland Container Depot effective from February 11, 2008, under the Customs Act, 1962.
