This follows findings that the chemical was being dumped in India at prices below its normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. The anti-dumping duty rates vary depending on the producer and exporter, with amounts ranging from 0.516 to 1.157 USD per kilogram. These duties will be in effect for five years from June 22, 2009, unless amended or revoked earlier, and will be payable in Indian currency based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of entry.
