of <h1>Government Extends Kolkata School and Training Center Project Eligibility Under Section 35AC for Three More Years</h1> The Central Government has extended the eligibility of the infrastructure development project for a school and vocational training center by the Economic Rural Development Society in Kolkata under Section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Initially approved for three years starting from the 2007-08 financial year, the project is now specified for an additional three years, covering the financial years 2010-11, 2011-12, and 2012-13. The project is recognized without any change in the approved cost of Rs. 1.03 crore, following recommendations from the National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare.
