of <h1>Central Government Extends Pragat Shikshan Sanstha Project Eligibility in Satara Under Section 35AC for 2010-11</h1> The Central Government has extended the eligibility of the project undertaken by Pragat Shikshan Sanstha in District Satara, Maharashtra, under Section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This includes running Apli Shala, an educational outreach program, and the reconstruction of a building. Initially approved for three years starting from the financial year 2007-08, the project is now extended for an additional year, covering 2010-11, without any change in the approved cost of Rs. 58.02 lakh. This decision follows a recommendation by the National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare.
