Initially recognized in 1995, the project's estimated cost has progressively increased from Rs. 17.43 lakhs to Rs. 1.5 crore. The National Committee for the Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare has confirmed the project's proper execution, warranting this further extension without altering the approved cost.
