of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Pentaerythritol Imports from China and Sweden Until March 28, 2011</h1> The Government of India has amended Notification No. 37/2006-Customs to extend the anti-dumping duty on imports of Pentaerythritol from China and Sweden. This duty, initially imposed on April 20, 2006, is now extended until March 28, 2011. This decision follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and related rules, which assessed the need for continued protection against dumping. The anti-dumping duty will remain payable in Indian currency unless revoked earlier.
