The amendment modifies the table in the notification, specifically for S. No. 8. It replaces item no. (3) with 'Skeet or trap or double trap machine with acoustic release' in column (2), and updates condition (a) clause (ii) in column (3) to specify 'the District Rifle Association controlled by, or affiliated to, the State Rifle Association.'
