Key changes include the substitution of entries for maize starch, potato starch, and tapioca starch with a 4% duty rate. A new entry for betel nut product 'supari' is added with a nil duty rate. Additionally, the duty rate for certain other entries, specifically numbers 29A, 33, 35, and 40, is adjusted to 10%.
