of <h1>India Imposes 10% Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese Tyre Curing Presses to Protect Domestic Industry Until Jan 7, 2016.</h1> The notification imposes an anti-dumping duty on the import of tyre curing presses, also known as tyre vulcanisers or rubber processing machinery for tyres, originating in or exported from China. The designated authority found that these goods were entering the Indian market at prices below their normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. Consequently, the Central Government has imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty at a rate of 10% of the CIF value on these imports, effective from the date of the notification and valid until January 7, 2016, unless revoked earlier.
