Advance Ruling Authority authorisation allows an income-tax authority to issue customs advance rulings, subject to statutory conditions. Authorises the Advance Ruling Authority constituted under the Income Tax law to act as the Authority under Chapter VB of the Customs Act, pursuant to the Customs Act delegation power and subject to the proviso that conditions such authorisations.
