of <h1>Central Government Extends H.B.S. Trust's School and Hospital Project in Jodhpur under Section 35AC for Three More Years</h1> The Central Government has extended the eligibility of the project 'Establishment and running of the school and hospital' by H.B.S. Trust in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, under section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Initially notified for three years starting in the financial year 2003-2004 and extended for another three years in 2006-2007, the project is now approved for a further three-year period beginning in the financial year 2009-2010. The approved cost remains Rs.937.74 lakh, including a corpus fund of Rs.500.00 lakh, as recommended by the National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare.
