of <h1>Anti-dumping duties on steel and fiberglass tapes from China revoked; previous actions remain unaffected under Customs Tariff Act.</h1> The Central Government has rescinded Notification No. 65/2003-Customs, which imposed anti-dumping duties on steel and fiberglass tapes, along with their parts and components, originating from or exported by the People's Republic of China. This decision, effective from October 7, 2003, was made under the authority of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the related Anti-dumping Duty Rules, 1995. The rescission does not affect any actions taken or omitted under the previous notification before its withdrawal.
