of <h1>India Extends Community Mental Health Project by Ashagram Trust in Madhya Pradesh Under Section 35AC for Three More Years</h1> The Government of India has extended the eligibility of the 'Community Mental Health programmes' by Ashagram Trust, located in Barwani, Madhya Pradesh, under Section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Initially notified in 2005 for three years, the project has been recommended for an extension by the National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare. The Central Government has approved this extension for an additional three years, covering the financial years 2008-2009, 2009-2010, and 2010-2011, with the project cost remaining at Rs. 2.30 crore.
