of <h1>Anti-dumping duty imposed on NBR imports from Germany and Korea to protect domestic industry from underpriced competition.</h1> The Central Government has imposed an anti-dumping duty on acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) imported from Germany and the Republic of Korea, following findings that these imports were below normal value and caused material injury to the domestic industry. The duty, effective from the date of provisional imposition, is set at 13,255 Rupees per metric tonne for imports from Germany and 8,316 Rupees per metric tonne for imports from the Republic of Korea. This measure aims to protect the domestic industry from the adverse effects of these underpriced imports.
