<h1>Government Rescinds Notification on Potassium Permanganate Import from China under Customs Tariff Act, 1975</h1> The Central Government has rescinded Notification No. 137/95-Customs, which pertained to the import of Potassium Permanganate from China. This decision, formalized through Notification No. 17/99-Cus. dated February 9, 1999, is executed under the authority of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the related anti-dumping rules. The original notification was issued by the Ministry of Finance on September 5, 1995, and its rescission is now officially published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary.
