of <h1>Government rescinds anti-dumping duty on TMBA under Customs Tariff Act, 1975, via Notification No. 47/99-Customs.</h1> The Central Government has rescinded Notification No. 151/95-Customs, which imposed an anti-dumping duty on 3, 4, 5 Trimethoxy Benzaldehyde (TMBA). This decision was made under the authority granted by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules concerning anti-dumping duties. The rescission is formalized in Notification No. 47/99-Customs, dated April 29, 1999, effectively nullifying the previous notification issued on October 20, 1995, by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
