of <h1>Anti-Dumping Duty on Bisphenol-A from Japan Extended Until March 10, 2000, Following Review Under Customs Tariff Act.</h1> The notification extends the imposition of anti-dumping duty on Bisphenol-A, originating from or exported from Japan, until March 10, 2000. This follows a review initiated by the designated authority, as published in the Gazette of India on January 25, 1999, which recommended the continuation of the duty initially imposed by Notification No. 63/98-Customs dated August 14, 1998. The extension is enacted under the powers granted by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules, amending the previous notification to include this new end date.
