of <h1>India Revokes 2009 Wheat Export Amendments, Reverts to 2007 Policy Under Foreign Trade Act for Public Interest</h1> The Government of India, through the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, has rescinded Notification No. 115 (RE-2009)/2004-09 dated July 3, 2009, with immediate effect. This action nullifies the amendments made to Notification No. 33 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated October 8, 2007, concerning the export of wheat by specified companies. The decision is issued under the powers conferred by the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, in the public interest.
