This decision follows the findings that these goods were exported to India below normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. The duties, initially provisional from March 13, 2008, are now definitive and vary by country and producer, with specified rates per 1,000 pieces in US dollars. The applicable exchange rate for duty calculation is determined by the Ministry of Finance notifications.
