Constitutes an Approval Committee for the information technology and information technology enabled services section specific Special Economic Zone at Viswanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, under the Special Economic Zones Act. The Committee is established for statutory approval purposes and comprises primarily ex officio members: the Development Commissioner as Chairperson; designated central commerce and trade officers or their nominees; customs, excise and income tax commissioners or nominees; a banking director from the Ministry of Finance; senior state industry and export promotion officials; and a developer representative as Special Invitee.
