of <h1>India Lifts Anti-Dumping Duty on Hard Ferrite Ring Magnets from China Under Customs Tariff Act, 1975</h1> The Central Government of India has rescinded the anti-dumping duty on Hard Ferrite Ring Magnets (HFRM) that originate from or are exported from China. This action was taken under the powers granted by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules concerning anti-dumping duties. The rescission pertains to the previous notification No. 103/99-Customs dated August 6, 1999. The change is effective as of December 12, 2001, but does not affect actions taken under the previous notification prior to this date.
