This committee, formed under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, will be developed by a private infrastructure company. The committee includes various ex-officio members such as the Development Commissioner, officials from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, and representatives from Customs, Income Tax, Finance, and Tamil Nadu's Industrial Guidance Bureau, along with a special invitee from the developer company.
