of <h1>Director of Software Technology Parks of India Appointed as Development Commissioner for Electronic Hardware & IT SEZ Under SEZ Act 2005</h1> The Central Government, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, has appointed the Director of Software Technology Parks of India, Hyderabad, as the Development Commissioner for a sector-specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ) dedicated to Electronic Hardware, IT, and IT-enabled services. This SEZ, developed by M/s. S2Tech. Com India Private Limited, is located in Kandukur, Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh, covering an area of 10.0964 hectares. The Director is required to follow instructions from the Central Government and the Board of Approval, submit periodic reports, and manage responsibilities as the Development Commissioner. Personal matters will be governed by the Department of Information Technology or Software Technology Parks of India.
