Board of Trade non-official membership reconstituted with wider trade policy, export facilitation, and competitiveness functions. Non-official membership of the Board of Trade is reconstituted by superseding the earlier nomination of 29 members and nominating 40 non-official members from diverse sectors. The Board's terms of reference include providing a platform for State-oriented trade policy perspectives, facilitating District Export Hub events, assisting export strategy development, reviewing export performance, examining the institutional framework for imports and exports, rationalising policy instruments and procedures, and strengthening the international competitiveness of Indian goods and services.
