The BOT, chaired by the Union Commerce and Industry Minister, includes various government officials, industry leaders, and representatives from trade organizations. Its objectives are to facilitate dialogue between state governments and the central government on trade policy, develop export strategies, address infrastructure needs, and advise on policy measures to enhance India's trade. The BOT will also review export performance and suggest improvements to boost international competitiveness.
