Constitutes an Approval Committee for the sector-specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services proposed at Village Dahiwali, Taluka Khalapur, District Raigad, to process statutory approvals for development by M/s. Uttam Galva Steels Limited. The Committee's membership is primarily ex officio and includes the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson, central and state departmental representatives, fiscal and customs commissioners (or nominees), a banking division representative, and the developer's representative as a special invitee.
