of <h1>SEBI notification corrigendum fixes regulation and schedule numbering errors, renumbering Regulation 6, 10 and disclosure Form A items</h1> SEBI issues a corrigendum to Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2025/288 dated December 15, 2025 to rectify clerical numbering errors in the English version. In Regulation 6, sub-regulation numbered '(3)' is renumbered as '(2)', ensuring correct internal cross-referencing and sequence. In Regulation 10, sub-regulation numbered '(5)' is renumbered as '(4)', aligning the provision numbering with the intended structure. In Schedule I, Form A, Part-I, Item 5, sub-items numbered 5.8, 5.9 and 5.10 are renumbered as 5.5, 5.6 and 5.7, correcting the item series for disclosure/filing references. In Schedule III, clause 31, sub-clauses d, e and f are renumbered as a, b and c, standardising clause lettering for interpretation and compliance.
